Vision
To organise the poor to unleash their energy.
Mission
To reach out every poor family, provide enabling support and initiate the process of transformation by organising the poor into self sustaining institutions – SHGs and their Federations and, in the process, generate the social capital of the poor through a pool of community resource persons with a strong spirit of volunteerism for widening and deepening the empowerment process.
